About Group Travel

Passengers traveling with 10 or more people (including children) can request AeroMexico's Group Service and enjoy a variety of benefits:

  • Special Group Discount Rates
  • Group Check-in Counters
  • Meals: Special meals can be requested. Food and drinks from outside our menu can also be brought on board. Request these benefits at the time of reservation or at least 48 hours before the flight.
  • Tour Conductor: Complimentary tour conductor and site inspector tickets may be available.
  • Special Services: For large groups, we offer exclusive benefits, like advance seat assignments, complimentary meals and beverages and reliable service with one of the best on-time performing airlines

Group Terms

Deposits: AeroMexico requires a deposit for all group travel. Please see below for specific information on deposit due dates and refunds.

For USA routes: Deposits are due two weeks after the reservation is made.

  • USD $100.00 per passenger, refundable 45 days before departure.
  • Tickets issued 21 days prior to departure. Tickets are non-refundable once issued.

For Mexican Republic Routes: Deposits are due two weeks after reservation is made.

  • USD $100.00 per passenger, refundable 45 days before departure.
  • Tickets issued 21 days prior to departure. Tickets are non-refundable once issued.

The following dates are considered Peak Season:

  • EASTER: Two weeks before Easter Sunday and one week after. (Spring Break season fluctuates.)
  • SUMMER VACATION: From JUN 30 to AUG 17
  • CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: From DEC 09 to JAN 08

All dates not included above are either considered off-peak or may be considered peak season for individual territories. Please verify the blackout periods each year to reconfirm. 

Names
Passenger names must be provided and ticketing must be completed 30 days prior to departure. Name changes are permitted before ticketing. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and changes are allowed at a charge of $100.00 per change.

Group Travel Reminders

Check-In: Please advise your passengers traveling in economy class to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure. Class Premier passengers should arrive no less than 2 hours prior.

Local Contacts: Please remember to provide us with a local contact for your clients or the name of the hotel where they will be staying. This will help us to notify them of any last minute schedule changes in a timely fashion.
