With whom do you share my information?
We do not sell your name or other private profile information to third parties and we do not intend to do so in the future. As a routine, we shared statistical data with our SkyTeam partners and the companies affiliated to Club Premier. On occasions we outsource the information processing to third parties. However, such third parties must comply with Aeromexico's privacy policies when processing such information. When you purchase services or products at aeromexico.com that will be rendered or provided by third parties (for example, a leg of a journey with another airline, hotel reservations, etc.), we share your information with said third party so that it can render the service or provide the product that you requested. We can also receive information about you from these third parties, in which cases, we will treat your information as equally confidential.
On occasions, we will send you information about our affiliate companies' offers based on the data that you have provided us, such as discounts for Club Premier Members or opportunities to accrue additional Premier Miles. The companies affiliated to Club Premier are financial services providers such as banks, as well as non-financial services companies such as hotels, car rental companies, consumer product sales companies and charitable organizations. We may also provide information obtained to third party fulfillment vendors contracted to facilitate the distribution of promotions, competitions and other opportunities offered by our affiliated companies. These third party vendors are subject to strict data security and confidentiality requirements and on completing the services contracted, all related information is either returned to Aeromexico or destroyed.
Although in these cases we believe that sharing your data may result in you obtaining opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the right to send us instructions not to provide your information to any third party. Should you wish that Aeromexico maintain all your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please send such request in writing to Aeromexico, 14350 N. 87th St., Ste #265, Scottsdale, AZ 85262 or send an e-mail to info@aeromexicotrade.com. Your request must include your name, your ARC #, your address and if in writing, the request must be signed. Please allow six weeks for your request to be processed. After your request has been processed, we shall only disclose any of your information that is required by law.
Sales to Minors
aeromexicotrade.com does not sell products to minors. We sell products for minors that can be purchased by adults. A minor under 18 years of age wishing to acquire a product or service may use aeromexicotrade.com only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Sending of Promotional Messages
We only send promotional messages via e-mail if an address has been provided voluntarily and such messages have been requested. Should you wish to delete your e-mail address from our distribution list, please do so from the unsubscribe portion of the email.
Control of your password
You are responsible for all actions concerning your User ID and/or password, including the charges made to your account. Therefore, we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third party. If you opt to share your User ID and/or password or your personal information with third parties, you will be responsible for all actions performed with your account and therefore, you must review such third parties' privacy policies. Under no circumstances shall Aeromexico be responsible for the misuse of any User ID and/or password, except in the event of causes imputable exclusively to Aeromexico.
Raffles / Contests
On certain occasions, Aeromexico organizes raffles, contests and offers special promotions. We ask the participants to provide us with contact information, such as an e-mail address. If a visitor to our page participates in a raffle or competition, such information may be used to send notifications related to such raffle or competition, as well as for advertising and commercial purposes. On accepting prizes, winners shall agree that Aeromexico and parties it authorizes, may use their name, photograph, image and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without any further consideration or consent, unless expressly prohibited by current legislation.
